To start the process:

  • Fill out the form on the contact page or contact me at racheledits4u (at) gmail (dot) com
  • I will send you an email within one working day
  • Once the work needed has been clarified, the editing and/or design process will begin
  • I will contact you with any questions that may come up while I am working on your project
  • I will send you the final manuscript within the time specified

Payment is through Paypal or invoice. We will agree upon a payment method before editing begins.

Microsoft Word is the most common and preferred format for you to send me your manuscripts. Manuscripts are edited using MS Word’s Track Changes feature. You will receive the manuscript back with all changes clearly marked as well as comments when appropriate. You will have the option to accept or reject all suggested changes.

Manuscripts submitted as PDFs will be converted to MS Word files and edited using MS Word’s Track Changes feature. An additional fee of 15% will be charged for this service.

Microsoft Power Point (.ppt) files are edited using the comment tool or deleted using the strikethrough tool. Text is inserted in color so suggested changes are clearly marked.

References, tables, and figures are reviewed as requested.
